Trip to the Field Museum

In front of some. . . sculpture? near Soldier Field. Also, J cut my feet off!

On Monday, J and I went to the field museum. It was my second time going, but when I went for the first time about two years ago with a group of people, it was at the end of the day and we didn’t have much time to look. This time J and I had a few hours to spend in there and the best part was there was free admission today!

We were particularly interested in the exhibit that showed all sorts or wild animals in the world. It showed what they look like and provided some interesting facts. Below you can see an example photo of one of the birds. It had a furry little beak. One look at the name of the bird and you can imagine why J made me take this photo. lol.
